Advanced Technology was founded in April of 2006 by Captain Howitzer as a PvP guild. CCCP grew as a PvP guild until October 2006 when Captain Howitzer handed the guild over to Death Delt Hard, or as we in the CCCP call him, Shaft. Shaft, like me, is not a huge fan of PvP and prefers the PvE aspect of GW. As such the PvP division of CCCP moved on to other guilds. While our dedicated PvPers went off in search of TA, HA, and HoH guilds Shaft recruited some great PvE players and started to build the guild in that direction.

After the relase of Eye of the North, Captain Howtizer, who had remained an inactive officer for 1 year, returned. He once again built up our PvP division and is currently the head of PvP. Most of the guild is PvE and Shaft is their unquestioned leader so Captain Howitzer did not ask for leadership of the guild back. We have all come to know and love Shaft as our friend and leader.

Currently the command structure is broken down into: Leader, Co-Leader, First Officer, and Head of PvP.
